On January 1, 1919, the newly founded railway administration CSD ran 24 locomotives of the 310 series in inventory that were on the territory of Czechoslovakia after the end of the war. The reparations commission set up in 1919 allocated eleven additional 310s to the CSD. According to the CSD designation scheme, the locomotives were given the new series designation 375.0. The practically new locomotives were used in high-quality express train services on all main routes.
